How is my artwork packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care in protecting your investment. Each piece is wrapped in acid-free archival paper, secured with heavy-duty bubble wrap, and shipped in custom-built, double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden crates for larger works.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, Chelmer Fine Art ships worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the piece and your specific location. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
What is your return policy for original artworks?
We offer a 14-day 'Love it or Return it' guarantee. If the piece doesn't perfectly complement your home, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are the artworks framed or unframed?
Product descriptions specify whether a piece is sold framed, unframed, or on a gallery-wrapped canvas. If you would like to discuss bespoke framing options for an unframed piece, please contact our concierge team.
How do I ensure the longevity of my art?
To preserve the colors and materials, we recommend hanging your art away from direct sunlight and high-moisture areas like bathrooms. Dust lightly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and avoid using chemical cleaners.
