We want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork; if your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original gallery packaging to ensure the safety of the work during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our client services team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original protective wrapping and sturdy outer box to prevent damage during return shipping.

  Ship the Artwork

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the piece back to our gallery warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the artwork is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
